Central North West London NHS Foundation Trust (one of the largest NHS trusts in the country) commissioned us to provide resilience training to over 130 employees.
Taking part in the programme were several selected teams, as well as a wide spectrum of staff from across the clinical disciplines, social workers to admin, management and HR.
The post-course evaluation showed that:
- 97% agreed that the programme had been useful for them
- 91% agreed that the skills and techniques learnt were useful for work
- 94% agreed that they would continue to use the techniques learnt
- 96.5% agreed that the ideas and concepts were communicated clearly
Twelve months after the programme, focus group with wide representation from staff who had participated was unanimous about continued benefit. Many had reported recommending the programme to other colleagues.
